The Monarch for Merriment Mr. James Joseph Reiss III (Monarch to Merriment) will be there to salute Miss Elinor “Ellie”Pitot White, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Michael Bright White, will review the street procession wearing a beautiful ensemble in winter white. Pitot White will review the street procession later in the evening in a stunning ensemble in winter white. Her attendant maids and she in gold are also dressed.

Eight maids will be sporting festive costumes in the afternoon.

For her day in the sun, her majesty has selected a white bouclé dress suit designed by Suzanne Perron St. Paul. This jacket is highlighted by its simple collar and concealed closure. Maria Etkind’s white velour felt boater has a brim that is edged with white grosgrain ribbon, with crinoline swirls, loops and swirls. Add white shoes, kid gloves and pumps to complete her look

Miss Pixie Marie Anderson III was born to Mr. William Marvin Anderson III. Yvonne Counce designed the red chenille dress. Chanel trim appliqué finishes the front and bottom of the jacket and sleeves. A black felt hat featuring a French silk flower and silk ribbon in a silk ribbon. The veil is also black with a black-dotted pattern. Her look is completed with black gloves for kids and dark leather shoes.

Miss Nanine Brent Cowan’s favorite color is coral, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Robert William Cowan from New Iberia. KVH Designs’ wool two-piece suit features a long-sleeved, fitted, notched-collared jacket with a flared waist. The suit is finished with coral buttons, and has a tulip-colored gored skirt. Matching straw hat, in coral sinamay straw, was created by Ms. Etkind. It’s trimmed with a Swiss straw braided bow and coral and pink stripes. Complete the look with gloves and nude pumps.

Miss Malise Dornier Favrot, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Freret Fravot, will appear in a light French blue KVH Design bouclé suit. It features a square collar, self-fabric fringe and a fitted jacket. French grosgrain ribbon adorns each skirt’s front, sleeves, hem and cuffs. This Etkind light blue felt hat has a round crown and full brim. It is finished with blue grosgrain, blue hand-dyed feathers and blue grosgrain ribbons. You can accessorize the outfit with dove-grey gloves and shoes.

Miss Vivienne Claire Lapeyre’s choice of design was a magenta St. Paul design. It features three-quarter sleeves and raglan sleeves. The sleeves are sculpted with curve seams. Fringed seams give the jacket dimension. This contrast is achieved by Ms. Etkind’s royal blue upturned-brim sinamay cap featuring feather flowers and a Sinamay band. The ensemble includes matching gloves and suede pumps for children.

Miss Laine Bernos Lovick, the daughter of Robert Grayson Lovick Jr., will wear a Tiffany Blue double-wool crepe KVH Design suit. It has an extended-sleeved cropped jacket and one button tab. The matching button is a golden-rimmed. This pencil skirt is a great match for the deep, stand-up collared V front. Her narrow-brimmed, asymmetrical blue sinamay straw hat was designed by Ms. Etkind with feather and handmade teal flowers. Her look is completed with navy shoes and gloves.

Miss Lady Wilder Reynolds will be wearing pale pink, as she is the stepdaughter of Dr. John Rembert Carradine and Mr. Tood Reynolds’ daughter. KVH Designs’ textured tweed suit features an open-neck, long-sleeved jacket with a stand-up collar. Below pink gold-rimmed buttons, and pink French grosgrain ribbons are the waist. Straight skirt boxPleated edge. Maria Etkind’s Dior-style, sinamay hat features straw swirls in salmon or peach. Nude pumps and gloves complete her outfit.

Miss Adele Vance Reynoir, dressed in a pistachio green suit from Ms. St. Paul, will attend the Mardi Gras procession. Both the jacket and skirt have fringed edges. You will find vintage gold and coral buttons on the back and front. Maria Etkind’s sinamay hat, in olive green and lemon-lime Dior styles, is trimmed with olive sheer organza flowers. Taupe child gloves and pumps finish her look.

Miss Katherine Grace favors a kellygreen suit. “Katie Grace”Walshe is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Quirk Walshe Jr. This St. Paul creation features flounced sleeves and skirt hems as well as a Peter Pan collar and fringed edging. Maria Etkind’s Maria Etkind downturned brim Velour felt hat is finished with handmade felt and fabric leaves as well as a velvet vintage band. The outfit includes leather shoes and taupe kid gloves.

In a Chanel-inspired tweed, the St. Paul outfit will be worn by Queen Mother in her St. Paul gown and matching jacket. Raffia braids are used to finish the Empire line and hem of the three-quarter-length, sleeved jacket. It is taupe straw, with buntal-straw swirls. The look is completed with gray suede shoes and Dove grey gloves for children.

The wife of the monarch will wear a scarlet-colored suit. Mrs. Reiss is the one who chooses it. It features a peplum and a V neck collar. The jacket looks great paired with a pencil-skinned short skirt. House of MacGregor of Dallas created a grey Milan straw boater cap featuring red confetti accents. The cap features a lambskin trim and coque feather puffs. It also has netting. Accessorize her look with matching shoes and gloves.

The royal box is also available. They are Messrs.
